Shop visits are by appointment only to ensure we can provide proper attention to your project discussion.

What to Expect

Initial consultations typically run thirty to forty-five minutes. We'll discuss your project requirements, review material options, and provide preliminary timeline and cost estimates.

For restoration work, please bring photos or the piece itself if portable. For custom builds, rough sketches or reference images help communicate your vision.

How We Handle Inquiries

Response Time

We respond to all inquiries within two business days. Complex projects may require an in-person consultation before providing detailed estimates.

Project Assessment

Not every project is a good fit for our shop. We're honest about what we can accomplish well and will recommend alternatives when appropriate.

Estimates

Detailed quotes include material costs, labor, hardware, finishing, and delivery. We specify lead times based on current shop capacity and project complexity.

Scheduling

Our project calendar typically books two to three months in advance. Rush work is occasionally possible but cannot be guaranteed.
